Get Solutions recommends that you go through our terms and conditions along with privacy policy before opting for our services, as it describes our use, collection, retention, disclosure and protection of your personal information.

REVISION POLICY

The number of revisions you are allotted is based on your selected package and you have the right to demand as much revisions as stated in your package details and no extra fee will be charged. Get Solutions is focused on providing only the best services to our customers and will deliver revisions if needed. We believe in excellence and hence, you are not liable to pay any extra charges for your revisions until and unless the designs are changed from you’re your side.

TURN AROUND TIME

Get Solutions has a 48-72 hour turnaround time for logo design services, which are further described in our packages. The term turnaround time does not state the entire duration from start to finish of a project rather it describes time duration for a single iteration of a design stage.

Get Solutions offers 100% Money Back Guarantee on all its design services. The 100% money back guarantee only implies when: If you are unsatisfied with our initial designs of the logo or the website you can request and claim a 100% refund of your money. Customers can claim 100% of their money paid for the service back under the following circumstance:

REFUND POLICY

Get Solutions offers a 100% refund of money on all of its design services, but they are only applicable when following conditions are met.

The refund policy of Get Solutions will be void if:

  • When you have selected a custom or special package.
  • When the initial design had been approved from your side.
  • The logo designs have been finalized and approved from your side.
  • The website has been designed, developed and deployed live.
  • We have already provided revisions.
  • Cancellations occur due to non-project reasons.
  • There is loss of contact for more than 2 weeks.
  • Violation of Get Solutions’ policy or policies.
  • The creative brief lacks essential requirements or information.
  • A complete design change has been demanded.
  • The claim for refund has been made after the requested time.
  • There is a change in business or brand name.
  • Other reasons such as change of mind, disagreement with other partners or etc. are not included.
  • Revisions have been accepted at your hand.
  • If a client subscribes for a service bundle and happens to be dissatisfied with a particular service, refund will only be applicable on that particular service and ‘not’ the entire bundle.
  • The cancellations of orders are prior to a 33% cancellation administrative fee.

Note: Get Solutions holds all the right to cancel or reject any project whenever it deems necessary. Further, after the refund, all the designs will be sole property of Get Solutions and you will have no right to use those designs for any purpose whatsoever. Get Solutions will be the rightful owner of the designs.

The services which are not related to designs services are not eligible for any refund under any situations, and are also not covered by our 100% money back guarantee. When such services are provided as a part of any package or deals, they are not eligible for refund. Examples include:

  • Email and website hosting services.
  • Website SSL and copyrights protection certificates.
  • Purchase of website domain.
  • Social media marketing, Google Adwords campaigns or website SEO plans.
  • Website maintenance plans.

In case of dissatisfaction of services which are not covered by our refund policy, the Get Solutions will review the project, depending on the circumstances; it may choose to refund partial money back to the client.

CLAIM YOUR REFUND

In order to claim your refund, please follow the following steps:

  • Call our number and contact customer representative or project manager to start the refund process.
  • You can also request your refund by sending us an email.
  • You can contact our customer representative on our chat and initiate your refund process.

As soon as we receive your refund request, we start the process and respond to you at our earliest. We will conduct a project analysis, after completion the process of refund policy will be followed.

Note: the refund request for the cancellation of the order placement must be made within 24 hours of order placement in order to receive a full refund. Failing to do so, our cancellation service fee charge will be applied.

Once you have received your refund, you will have no rights to any designs and all the rights will be with Get Solutions, until and unless mutually agreed by the customer and Get Solutions.

The designs are created after a detailed research and scrutiny that ensures that the design quality and uniqueness is maintained throughout. Our free multiple revisions offer ensures that you get a 100% satisfaction. We rework the ordered design and keep on revising it until you are completely satisfied. We also provide coordination with your printing company for free, if required.

DESIGN OWNERSHIP & RIGHTS

Once an art work is accepted and the final file is sent to the client after the complete payment, the client owns all the rights of the paid art work. All the claims and copyrights of the design are then transferred to the client.

  • All ownership rights of the said finalized design will belong to the client 100%.
  • The Client is free to use the finalized design as they see fit.
  • Client shall not, however, own any materials, media or other content generated during any revision cycles leading up to the Final Product.

DELIVERY POLICY

Get Solutions will send the complete order and designs to the mentioned account on the date stated on Order Confirmation. The turnaround time depends on the package, the minimum time required is 2 business days. All procedures pertaining to revision & refund are subject to date and time of design order delivered to client's account area.

Websites will only be made live once all dues have been cleared. Under no condition a website will be made live if there are any kind of dues outstanding.

COPYRIGHTS & TRADEMARKS:

Customers and our clients have full ownership of the logos and other designs made by our designers including the drafts, final design and all related materials. The web site retains the right to use the logos and other design exclusively for promotional purpose, such as a part of our portfolio. We promise to use the logos and designs in a fair and legal manner which does not damage the client's reputation and integrity.

RECORD MAINTENANCE:

We keep a record of your finalized design once we provide you the final files.

If you require the final files again in the future we can send them to you at your request.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Our Customer Support Team is available 24/7 online to answer all of your concerns and queries. You can also mail your queries on our email address and our customer representatives will get back to you shortly.

CONTENT CREATION & POPULATION

Get Solutions will not be responsible for creating or populating content (e.g. text/Images) into the website, unless purchased exclusively otherwise. In which case:

  • Get Solutions will populate the website with content created for the client
  • The content/text for the website will be created specifically for the customer's website.
  • Get Solutions will acquire stock imagery for client from stock photo websites.
  • Images will be purchased upon approval from the client and the price will be charged for it.
  • Get Solutions will not be responsible in any way shape or form, for any similarities between images used on the site that may or may not resemble other websites.
  • Get Solutions will populate the website with products and product details.
  • Product images and product details must be provided by the client.

FEES FOR GET SOLUTIONS DESIGN

Get Solutions at any time can decide the expenses and pricing for any service being provided, changes in the charges for the services will be mentioned on our website, under the individual product/service terms and conditions. By accepting these terms and conditions, clients agrees to pay the charges and pricing for the Services asked for, and which were communicated to him at or before the season of acknowledgment.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT POLICY

Get Solutions is a digital design agency which focuses on providing design services meeting client’s needs. Sometimes, our packages include technical which we provide to help the client with their websites and emails. Get Solutions will provide all the basic information regarding services and settings ensuring complete working. However, Get Solutions will not be responsible for providing detailed trainings or installations of said services on the Customer's end.

Get Solutions will not be liable or responsible in any way for customer's failure to execute, install or learn the usage of above said services, complete responsibilities lie on the customer's end.

COMMUNICATION POLICY

All Feedback requests or Revisions Requests, Refund Requests or any other instructions that pertain to the order must be clearly stated to our customer representatives or the project manager. Emails Sent back and forth through official emails are to be only considered forms of valid communication. We are not responsible for any damages, issues or delays caused due to contacts made through means of communication not provided by us. We take full responsibility of all the information provided through our official domains.

PAYMENT:

Get Solutions provides paid services and/or products on our website, for which we partner with third-party monetary service providers who would acquire your personal details in order to complete the payment process. All these institutions adhere to the high standards set by the security standards council, ensuring your peace of mind.

MODIFICATION:

Get Solutions has the right to modify terms and conditions, privacy policy and services being offered at any given time. In short, Get Solutions holds full right to change or modify any content on the website without any prior notice at any given time.
